The City of Happy Valley is a Designated Passport Application Acceptance Facility

A valid U.S. passport is required to enter and leave most foreign countries. As of June 1, 2009, U.S. citizens traveling between the United States and Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda must present a valid Passport Book or Passport Card at land border crossings and sea ports-of-entry.
