Block Parties are designed to meet your neighbors, build community spirit and cohesiveness. The City of Happy Valley is happy to assist you in this endeavor. The program is not intended for private parties exclusive of neighboring residents. Please submit this application at least 5 days prior to your event. This will help the City plan and coordinate with community partners.
