Concerts in the Valley
Amid stage lights, amps, and laughter echoing from the nearby splash pad, the community gets a front row seat to some of the best musical acts in town as Concerts in the Valley enters its 26th season this year.
As a bonus, kids can check out the Happy Zone, a fun-filled activity space that offers crafts, games and action-packed excitement. Coordinated by the Happy Valley Parks and Recreation team, this space will provide rotating activities throughout the series, so there is always something for the kids to do while you rock out to the summer tunes.

July 11 – Rodeo Rose– Country
They represent the West before the West was cool! It’s Rodeo Rose: Oregon’s best country music!
July 18 – Mbrascatu – Latin
Born from the rich, cultural heart of Southern Italy and matured in the United States, Mbrascatu (mm-brah-ska-too) is the product of Andrea Algieri and some of the West Coast’s finest musicians. Mbrascatu bring an energetic vibe with their exotic rock n’ roll that has pleased packed audiences around the Pacific Northwest, the United States, and parts of Europe.
July 25 – Black-Winged Birds – Counting Crows Tribute
Tyler Stenson and the Black-Winged Birds transport audiences back to the 90s and early 2000s as they perform Counting Crows’ greatest hits, such as Mr. Jones, A Long December, Round Here, and many more.
August 1 – Stone in Love – Journey Tribute
This tribute performs faithful renditions of classic hits from one of the most beloved rock groups of all time. They deliver a high-energy performance that showcases all the hallmarks of the Journey sound.
August 8 – NoPo Big Band
NoPo has been providing a high-quality big band sound since 2010 with a mission to enrich the lives of the Portland community. This 17-piece big band strives to play a variety of songs for a wide range of audiences from old standards to modern jazz.
August 15 – Stump City Soul – R&B
With an expansive catalog of hits drawing from legendary artists like James Brown and Stevie Wonder to modern hitmakers like Bruno Mars, Stump City Soul delivers high energy dance tunes guaranteed to bring any event to life.
August 22 – Taken by The Sky– Fleetwood Mac Tribute
The Fleetwood Mac tribute captures audiences with their authentic performance of the iconic band at the height of their career. The 6-piece from Portland has taken flight with their gorgeous harmonies, unmistakable musicianship, and captivating stage show.
