At the City Council meeting on Apr. 1, two significant proclamations were adopted to highlight issues affecting the community and beyond. A representative from the Michael J. Fox Foundation attended to discuss Parkinson’s Awareness Month, and two representatives from the Children’s Center spoke about Child Abuse Prevention Month.
